Innovating Safety in 2024 ~ the Northwest Chapter PDC – Sponsor Registration

The Northwest Chapter of ASSP is excited to offer a new sponsorship model for our annual Professional Development Conference (PDC) to support the safety, health, and environmental professionals in our Chapter territory of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Western Wisconsin. With approximately 800 EHS Professionals, we offer Sponsors a way to uniquely promote their organization and demonstrate support among this group of dedicated professionals.

The Northwest Chapter has conducted a PDC for many years and has enjoyed great success putting on this daylong event for professional development and networking.  The conference has drawn over 200+ safety and health professionals in past years with attendees from all over the Midwest.

PDC sponsorship revenue goes toward speaker fees and technology required to hold the event.  Additional proceeds from PDC sponsorship revenue, as in the past, goes toward our Chapter Scholarship Program, our annual contribution to the Minnesota Safety Council’s “MN SafeKids” Fund, and the ASSP Foundation.

The conference agenda includes open time throughout the day to allow conference attendees to meet and network with you.

Certain levels of sponsorship will include an option to have an exhibitor table.  We will also feature sponsors in announcements, marketing materials, a custom virtual background, and PowerPoint slides for general sessions.

Following are the levels of sponsorships available for the conference.

Bronze Sponsor:  $500

• One complimentary conference registration
• Logo/name recognition on event literature
• Sponsor recognition at General Sessions
• Logo and link to company on the event website

Silver Sponsor:  $750

• Includes all items in Bronze level
• Two complimentary registrations
• One optional exhibit booth
• Marketing/advertising material distributed in attendee materials
• Logo displayed during breakout sessions

Gold Sponsor:  $1,000

• Includes all items in Silver, and Bronze levels
• Four complimentary registrations
• One optional exhibit booth

 Platinum Sponsor:  $2,500

• Includes all items in Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels
• Four additional complimentary registrations (8 total)
• One optional exhibit booth
• Recognition in Chapter monthly newsletter and monthly meetings through May, 2024

Diamond Sponsor – Annual Chapter Sponsor:  $5,000

• Includes all items in Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels
• One optional exhibit booth
• Two additional complimentary registrations (10 total)
• Feature ad in promotional conference emails
• Recognition in Chapter monthly newsletter and monthly meetings through December, 2024
• Complimentary Sponsorship and four admissions to the 2024 Summer Boat Cruise for EHS Professionals
