Reduce the incidence of noise-induced hearing loss and tinnitus, the most common permanent and preventable occupational injury in the world through evidence-based education, motivation, and training. Topics include and are not limited to; what is sound, how do we hear, how loud is too loud, how to properly select and wear hearing protection, hands on demonstrations, sound simulations, OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.95, 1926.101, 1926.52 and the Minnesota Right-to-Know Standard Minn. Rule. 5206.0500

Brian Felsen is a Minnesota-based Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist (COHC), Associate of The Safety Institute, 3M co-branding partner/supplier/distributor, and the Chief Hearing Loss Preventionist at Your Ears Rock. Brian is a passionate leader dedicated to educating, motivating, and training individuals and organizations in an effort to reduce the incidence of noise-induced hearing loss and tinnitus, the most common permanent and preventable occupational injury in the world, in compliance with state and federal OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.95, 1926.101, 1926.52 when applicable, and increasing the percentage of people treating hearing loss when it has occurred.
