This session will explore strategies for safely returning employees to full-duty, full-time work following a work-related injury. Topics will include musculoskeletal disorders, essential job demands, and the use of Job Task Analyses (JTAs), Work Performance Tests (WPTs), work conditioning, and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) to support injury prevention, employee placement, rehabilitation, and return-to-work decisions.
