Northwest Chapter PDC – Sponsorship Opportunities and Registration

You are invited to be a Sponsor at the ASSP Northwest Chapter PDC!

 For many years, the ASSP Northwest Chapter has conducted a Professional Development Conference (PDC) and has enjoyed great success with this daylong event that supports area EHS Professionals with professional development opportunities and networking.  The event is open to Chapter members, as well as non-members.  The ASSP Northwest Chapter has over 800 Chapter members in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Western Wisconsin.

As a Sponsor at the Northwest Chapter’s 2025 PDC, your organization will be uniquely positioned to demonstrate your commitment to workplace safety and be recognized by EHS professionals throughout the Midwest.  In recent years, the annual event has drawn 200 plus EHS professionals from all over the Midwest.

Something new for this year’s PDC is the opportunity for Gold and Platinum Sponsors to have naming rights to various elements of the day.  Opportunities include: morning continental breakfast, opening keynote session, morning break refreshments, general sessions, lunch, afternoon break refreshments, closing keynote, and post-conference reception.

Bronze Sponsor:  $500

Silver Sponsor:  $750

• Includes all items in previous level
• Two complimentary registrations
• One optional exhibit booth
• Marketing/advertising material distributed in attendee materials

Gold Sponsor:  $1,000

• Includes all items in previous levels
• Three complimentary registrations
• Sponsor an event activity (i.e., “coffee & breakfast brought to you by…”)

 Platinum Sponsor:  $2,500

• Includes all items in previous levels
• Seven complimentary registrations
• Sponsor an event activity (i.e., “lunch brought to you by…”)
• Recognition in Chapter monthly newsletter and monthly meetings through May 2025
